Ok,
there are LOADS of Card to wallets out there but i need some help finding a good one.

i'd quite like one that feeds into an envelope in the wallet, or another section behind a flap into a clear window (type thing)

I've had a scout around but there is too many - id quite like to know what other people have and how usable they are.

i need to use it as an everyday wallet too!

A hell of a lot of CTWs require Palming...get that down properly first.

I expect Peter Marucci will be along shortly and offer you his gimmickless version.

I went through loads of cheap wallets (between the £20 - £35 mark) and had dislikes about all of them. Then I cracked and bought the JOL Plus wallet. It's fabulous. It's an immediate, never-fail load. I love it.

I also bought the JOL Billfold wallet for use when I work jacketless, but I have to admit thatr the size of the Plus wallet is part of the reason why it's so damned easy to use.

with some misdirection i can do it fine so i may just stick with that misdirection im working with know.

I've done it already (Card to pocket) but want somthing easy to get the card in.

I don't have to worry so much about £20 notes fitting in it, just 20p coins...

Nope - the snapper-closed windowed compartment (where the card impossibly ends up) is really an ID section; Thjis is a credit card wallet, in the main.

Well JOL does sell a no palm card to wallet and also I know the Plus Wallets have a No Palm feature as well.

The JOL plus wallet is the cream of the crop. Dave Bonsall sells the envelopes ready made up as well. You won't be disappointed.

The JOL Plus wallets do have a no-palm feature, tis true. The palm load is super easy though.

I used to use The Extractor quite a lot, and I found that really helped build confidence with palming. Maybe there are some other effects that can be suggested that may help build the same confidence?

I like the real mans because of all the "layers" that you go through to get the card out, which just makes it look that much more impossible to the helper. Yes, akin to having a sealed envelope in there for the card to go to, but without having to buy/make/carry the envelopes as it's all just built into the wallet itself.

PS, Johnathan Kamm has a lovelly ACR thanks for giving me an excuse to watch it again.

Couldn't you use (what I imagine is the fairly well-known) signed-card-to-pocket routine (where the card is chosen, signed, disappears and turns up folded in the performer's pocket)? You could insert it into any suitable wallet at that stage with zero heat. No regular palming is needed because the card is folded before being transferred.

I used to use the Real Mans Wallet, and it was nice as a hip pocket wallet. I found the load a little too easy to miss though, and never got on with the tip to use some form of ID card as an impromptu slide for the loading section...

My Plus wallet came with an id-case, basically a small leather windowed sleeve that the card can end up in. So, when revealing the card is not only within a closed, zippered pocket it is within a further sleeve.

I'm not sure if that comes with them all or if you have to get it separately.

Just received my Real mans this morning from RobStanley, VERY well made and this will force me to perfect my palm, a little trouble the first couple of times with the load but i know i'll get there.

as it was pre-owned it didnt come with any instructions etc, i can see the basics but if anyone else has any routines or things to help them with the load i'd love to hear from you.
