General manager at the local cinema.

Now i know some may think Really? Ideal job? But wait...

The cinema, used to be a theatre.
Its a theatre i used to work in, front of house, and on stage.
I was the last person to perform on the stage.
Looking back over my life, almost every one of the happiest moments i have ever had, were spent in the building.

so please.. as i said, send possitive vibes to the people who matter at the empire cinema chain, and get them to pick the best damn cinema manager they will ever have.. Me.

because i really feel fate is calling me back home.

just a brief update.. " consultation " meetings start thursday of next week... and i will be going sometime between the 1st, and the 15th of october.

still no ideas as to compensation etc.
which is the most worrying thing .

interesting conversation with my boss, he asked me what i wanted to do.
I said loads of stuff but pointed out that everything depends on money.

he hinted that i may get what i expecting.

though suggested that i should do something involved with communicating..like tour guide for example.

Update....

well, The final day is, as far as i know the 15th .
thats one week friday.
I have meetings tomorow, where presumably i will find out the financial package, after that... who knows.

As i write there is nothing on the horizon jobwise, what i intend to do now, is go into the agencys rather than relly on the faceless internet.
Though even that may have to be delayed, because of the time differences in payments ect.
I am in a reasonably good frame of mind at the moment surprisingly.

I sholud say though that not being able to access the net from work, will mean that you will be seeing a little less of me than usual on here, and on the other forums...
Though at the moment, i have 2 weeks of nothing to do in the office, so you may well be seeing more of me till crunch time.

Plus, after hours you can watch TV on a huge screen all to yourself...
