Hey guys I came across this supplier www.52magic.com and I just need confirmation as to whether they are legit or not as their initial order is rather low and the application process was suspiciously easy

You seriously want to send your cash to a company who can't put a simple sentence together?

Selling knock-offs of Losander's Floating tables doesn't do them any favours IMHO.

I seriously hope you meant to say that the business is not required to register for VAT (although it can be registered, even if you expect it to make a loss), rather than it is exempt from paying tax. Otherwise you are in for a rather nasty surprise

If you intend to be a retailer, it's probably worth registering for VAT anyway. Otherwise you'll have to absorb the VAT yourself on all your stock.
