hii does anyone know a box that u can put on a special table where u can reach in the box and push trough the bottom of the box going into a special part into the table where a prediction can be placed...???

I'm not entirely sure what you're trying to achieve but I could probably make one.

just buy a watch/ring box for heaven's sake...

A drawer box, which is actually used for a production would probably work depending on what you want to do. But from the brief description it sounds like you are going about things the hard way.

Are you just trying to load a prediction into the box? There are much easier ways to go about it.

I assumed (perhaps incorrectly) that because there's many 'simple' ways of dong this with a ring box for example that the OP wanted some kind of elaborate, larger box cum chest.
Might be wrong though (happened once before in 2003).

No, clear blue sky and a near tropical heat. My friend swore blind he'd seen a severed hand. I naturally scoffed and told him it was something mundane. Turned out it was a severed hand. I was gutted.

Sounds like a MPS. Don't bother, the table will likely be too thick and people will see straight through the method. We don't give people enough credit nowadays.

A PROPERLY made table will not come off as overly thick and too, choosing the right table design/system for the effect can aid you in the over-all deception.

The type of thing being asked about sounds very similar to a vanish I designed many moons ago (The Great Duck Escape) and though my method probably wouldn't work for a prediction type bit (any production), there are some variables that could prove practical.

To my mind, if you are simply trying to ring in a prediction there's a plethora of methods that are far, far less complicated and "propish" if you get my drift. But if you have a particular reason for this vision I'd suggest buying a used Balloon to Duck or Dove tray and use this as your loading source. You can easily disguise the thickness of these trays with a bit of trim and a stand (feel free to ask away, I'd be glad to help).

I used this set-up for my own Crystal Box Headline Prediction chest long, long ago (nearly 20 years ago... dang I'm getting old) and it worked like a gem... very deceptive, easy to operate and "practical" when it comes to using a box vs. envelope as your prediction container.

My question would have to be, "Why would you want a box?"

Have you asked that all so important question, "What would this look like if a real psychic/mind reader were to do it?"

Though Mentalists employ some of the technology associated with magic, it is but a distant cousin. To create effective Mentalism you must "step outside the box(es)" and stop looking at it as being a magic trick but rather something intriguing, mysterious, and even paradoxical... that is, if you are striving to do solid Mentalism vs. Mental Magic... the latter works well within the confines of a traditional magic show and is in fact, more commercially safe than pure mentalism, but you must be careful with how you employ such material... that however is an entirely different issue altogether...
