Going technical here, how do you get the quality with such a small size vid ??

My short vids come out hugh, 10 meg or more sometimes, they are in .avi, would it help to convert them to something else ??

i use "windows movie maker" after i've played about adding music/titles whatever theres a little box with "fit to...?" in it.. i just take it down to 2Mb and voila... wish i could have sounded more technical there but thats all there is to it!
