Just a random note, but has anyone seen all the random Derren Brown plugs in Peep show whenever they are watching TV? Lots in the film Magicians as well, Andrew O'Connor slyly plugging his own shows?

its more likely to be a cost thing, in that they Dont have to pay for clips of their own stuff.
