I too, stopped and hit rewind after the tennis ball; I do like that.

Just a word on the contact juggling though, slow it down a bit? Also your under arm bit looked a tad awkward.
Though I am looking at this from a contact jugglers POV so if non-contacty people think otherwise then I'd probably listen to them!

Very nice stuff, very nice indeed, especially your coins.

But yes, have to agree with Lawrence, slow down your isolations a bit...

Again- thanks for the comments :) .

Regarding the contact juggling, I realise that I'm not that good but it took soo long to get even to that standard that I wanted to showcase a small smaple of it. I'll try slowing it down a bit. Thanks for the tips.

As for the tennis ball(s), these were just a couple of ideas that I came up with but I'm sure people could get quite creative with the prop(s). The first production usually comes after someone has just 'thought' of the word tennis out of thousands of different words in a book.
The second production was more of a quirky thing, designed to be a bit of a fun way to end the video but I think something like this would play really well for a large audience (with the right motivation).

I have a few other videos, if anyones interested http://www.youtube.com/mathewyoungs

Cheers

Mathew :)

That's one of the main problems with contact juggling, just the time taken to make things smooth.
If a couple of years you'll have your butterfly down smooth and you'll look back at this video and think yourself somewhat naive for filiming it. Trust me, I know! I look back at some of my old videos and think "my lord, why did I think I could shoot that, i was c*** (not the best)!"

Loved the video, the one thing I would say (I was looking at it from more of a layman's view because I am not very experienced) is that the levitations could look a little smoother, particularly the ring, which did kind of follow your hand too much in my opinion. I actually thought the contact juggling was really good though! :D

I am grumpy, okay not unusual for me to be grumpy. But today I am grumpy because I was awake at two in the morning. Why? because yesterday afternoon I watched your video and was stumped by the tennis ball thing. I woke up at 2am not because I was stumped but because I woke up quite suddenly knowing exactly how it was done. I am not saying it was the way you did it, but I came up with the method how I would have performed it, (or at least the method) and it (my) method is stupidly simple.

Well done.

That's brilliant  If I can ever inspire creativity within magic, that's really great! I hope you have managed to create a new method.

After some mixed feedback from various places and people, I've made a few small alterations to the original video. This mainly involved cutting out a little bit of the levitation. I've had to add one or two still photos to pad it out a bit, so that it would still fit the music.

To be honest, the more I see it, the more faults I see but I am fairly happy with it now.

I have ammended the original link to the updated version, as I'll be deleting the original shortly.

Cheers
