Hello everybody,

Been reading the forum for a long time and thought it was high time to sign up and say hello.

Though I'd stop by here and say my hello's and a not so quick intro/backstory.

I got into magic back when i was about 14 and practised for a few years, done the usual buying lots of silly props that where pretty rubbish but fun non the less.

When I got to around 17 I pretty much stopped practicing magic all together, I knew nobody else who was interested in magic and I do not perform gigs so it was quite the lonesome pastime and it was the same time i discovered juggling.

I fell in love with juggling and there was a juggling club I attended each week and when i got to university started my own little club there and had tons of fun (and still do) and it stuck with me.

I'm 24 now and last year I met a friend I play poker with who is a working magician, and he rekindled my love for magic. He was good enough to teach me a decent four aces trick and i dug out my old books on sleights and card controls. A full year of practise later I'm once again obsessed with magic.

So to sum it up I'm a juggler who absoloubtly loves card magic and look forward to having a chat with you all.

Welcome to TM, aside from the obvious cardies here, you'll also find some fellow jugglers too.

Aye. And that is a pretty accurate balloon representation of myself there; however, you can't really make out the long hair.
