Now I see where the suspicion of young magicians (kinda rhymes) comes from...

What am I up against?!?

Thanks for the heads up.

I broke my copy of 'On the Spot' - I didn't watch it yet,
and I sold my copy of volume 3 from 'robert le stupid name' - I didn't read it.

Haha.

Why did he start with vol 2 & 3 anyway? "I'm not even opening volune 3, it's garbage, too hard"

Priceless.

Has anyone found any clips of him performing yet?

It's sad really that he only ended up doing the four videos. He shone so brightly and then burnt out before his time.

And it seems to me he lived his life
Like a candle in the wind
Never knowing who to cling to
When the rain set in
And I would have liked to have known him
But he was just a Youtube kid
His candle burned out long before
His ability to hold a full deck of 52 cards ever did

*sob* :(

And this from the magic onion blog;

Over the past few months the crew of Criss Angel Believe

and The Luxor hotel in Las Vegas have been thinking about a new magic act to replace Criss Angel's show. According to numerous sources the Luxor has not been happy with the show. Mr. Angel would like to focus more on dating Playboy bunnies and taking trips to Mexico, than performing and practicing his magic tricks. The Luxor and the Believe crew want to still want a magic show, they just want to change a few effects and the performer. Now you might be asking your self "Who will be replacing Criss?" Well The Luxor surfed the web for a magician whose knowledge of magic succeeds that of Mr. Angel’s, and they have found a relative newcomer that goes by the name of MagicDude09. Now we haven’t heard much from MagicDude09 in the past couple of months (we believe that he has kept himself in captivity to increase his magic skill.) He now has bought Card College Vol. 1 and can hold 48 playing cards (of the Black Tiger brand) He says that even though it is not a full deck of cards his "specks" will never be the wiser. The show will continue to keep the same name. We have a leaked copy of the new advertising poster for the show. We hope MagicDude09 the best for his professional career, and Criss the best for his bunny.

I only watched a bit but he says 'Misled' is O.K? I love this effect it is one of my favourites! It always blows people away. It can be examined, what other pen/pencil through note can do this?

I remember you doing this, outside as part of your matrix character ( I have all the Max Magic episodes on video).
I use Doug Edwards Wonder Penetration (I have Misled aswell). Its made by Tannens, and just like Misled it is examinable after a little 'clean-up'.

Yeah man that day was freezing cold!! It was almost impossible to move my fingers. I think you can see the steam coming off my mouth. But I still pulled it off, I might record me doing this again and upload it.

Yeah weirdly enough this is one of the Matrix effects that laypeople love, people ask me how it was done. More than the fork bending effect and that. They say I love that pencil trick, how is it done?
