Computer games don't affect kids; I mean if Pac-Man affected us as kids, we'd all be running around in darkened rooms, munching magic pills and listening to repetitive electronic music. - Kristian Wilson, Nintendo, Inc, 1989..

Nice!

I wish I could do coins :D. I'm still on the French Drop (literally, drop) stage.

That was really nice, and well performed. Well done. It's got a really nice flow to it unlike some other matrixy type effects.

All the best,

Nice work. What I really liked was your pacing. Most of the people I've seen do this (I can't do it myself, if you're wondering) tend to rush certain parts. You kept it slow and even - which, in my opinion - makes the effect even more powerful.

Well done.

Hi Mog

That was quite well.
If I should suggest one thing, that would be to practice your first transfer more. Be careful with your left hand, so you don't flash too much of your "non-existing-coin", if you see what I mean.

Hmm, after watching this again, and added it to my reportoir, I wonder who have the original effect of this. I have seen many versions pretty much like this one, but not exactly this version. The reason for wondering is that I find part of it "odd". It's not "logic", unless you have some bad angles or something. Can anyone point me to the original? I have added it to my reportoir, but I have changed some of the moves... I would love to read or hear the thoughts and ideas behind all the moves...

the original of this version is "SH4DE" by Daniel Garcia BUT theres a version that goes way beyond this called "Matrix gods way" but im sure that one uses gimmicks... CLICK HERE

I have only watched that video once, and it looks like "The Matrix Re-Minted" (But better) from *eeeek* Penguin, and that doesnt use any gimmicks.

The frist vanish doesn't make any sense. It might be the handling, as you can fairly see that one coin is already gone... hmm...

It's really a problem with the angle of mog's camera. I've seen this routine done live, and Mog's movements are far more fluid than the one I saw. From the proper angle (which I'm assuming Mog couldn't get, considering it looks like a webcam) the first vanish would look much better.
