Hi all, im new to this site, a quick background on me, i was a Dj for 23 years in pubs and clubs in the north east i used to do a few easy tricks for customers like the coin in the bottle or coctail stick through the brass block, hot rods, bitten coin etc etc... i have an autistic son who has just turned 10 who has just got an obbsession with magic, he is in a special needs school and cand just barely read and write (5 year old level) but i noticed a weird gift he has and thats his memory, i notice when he was 5 years old, i took him to a computer shop which was a 40 mile round trip and at the time he was obsessed with cranes, i went back to the same shop with him about 5 months later baring in mind he had only been this way the one time, he told where different things where on the way, like up here on the left theres a post office or around this corner theres a crane or telling which way to go at junctions etc etc.... unbelievable, another thing he's been doing for the past 2 years is you can say any date to him within 3 years of the current date (example) 5 of march 2009 and he will tell you what day it was he doesn't even pause to think about it, it just comes straight out of his mouth..... anyway i bought a die cypher 2 the other day and it took me a good hour to learn how to do it without actually touching it, i taught him in about 5 mins and within about 20 he came back with it and told me to pick a number and put it on the floor and straight away he knew what it was..... so what i need to know off you guys is what tricks i can get him for xmas that aren't too had to do but will leave people stunned, im not really bothered about price i plan on spending a couple of hundred quid on magic for him..... he knows never to reveal how the trick is done, he wont even tell his mother...... thanks in advance..... darren
