The real question is whether the forum servers are shored up and ready to take the influx of people wondering how things were done or looking for how to get started for themselves.

Just a random question, probably for people who have been on it. How does this work? Surely they don't bust you on national TV, do they just go 'Not Fooled' and give you a wink or something?

Oh and P.S - Congrats to John if he ever reads this

I know how one of them was going to be done. We supplied a certain something for it, but due to small print our man's not in the show now.

I know the outcome of the show and many of the things said. I will be interested to see what makes it on the show and what get mentioned on air.

Should be interesting? and I hope that there is not to much exposure?

I say well well done to everyone that performed its not easy to try and fool P&T. So lets just hope that the laymen enjoy it for what it is. (the MAGIC)

I just wish they would do a magic show one day soon where they pick some of the best magicians and just let them do their stuff, and to show of the magic talent we have rather have to judge or test it .

Lee.

Seconded! Why does everything have to have a dull sense of competition stapled clumsily to it (other than for the phone vote revenue, that is)? Remember when telly was all acts as far as the eye could see?

Let's not forget that the viewing public are going to see some fantastic magic.

No one would take a rubbish trick along to show p&t and get aired. Or would they? I suppose if it makes good tv!

People are getting to showcase the one trick they feel is good enough and i for one am looking forward to it. I'm thinking that there will be exposure. It's Penn and teller afterall! You don't want your trick exposed? Then you won't be on the show. They hold all the cards. Pardon the pun.

Surely the show will be full of magic for magicians.

I was there for the recording and it was a good show with good magic. The magicians were brave as they had to deal with performing on TV and in front of Penn and Teller who were judging them. Rather them than me :)

Fancy having a rule that says no pre-show work. It's like saying no cards or TTs. Grrr...
