Go for the second volume of The Michael Ammar Cups and Balls DVD. Those two DVDs cover everything you could ever need to know about cups and balls techniques. There are few others out there, but their not difficult to find. Good luck.
All the best,
Will Wood

Such a splendid resource is Ammars Complete cups and balls that Dai Vernon's routine is in it!
