Business Card Stock

Postby Beardy » Dec 30th, '10, 01:05

Hey guys

Just a quick question - I'm having some new business cards printed with a new design on them, and just want to double check the stock needed if I were to want to write on them in biro? I think it is a standard matt finish, rather than gloss, gloss laminate, or matt laminate, etc

A google search hasn't really provided any definitive answers, so thought I would doule check with you guys - I've only ever used small pieces of card before for billets etc, not business cards!

Regards

Love

Chris

Matt or natural finish is fine. Even stock with a slight shine (semi gloss) will work. I find shiny business cards look nasty anyway. Avoid chromoboard at all costs as it looks cheap and nasty.

Also, if you are after a quality finish, I suggest at least 350 gsm weight.

I know I can't advertise here but is it ok to PM details?
I reckon I could save you a fair bit of money depending on how many you are after.
