Trick Help!

Postby Concept82 » Jan 4th, '11, 13:20

Hey Guys, im trying to find a trick but dont know the name of it. I saw video of it on youtube, before I could really do the DL so didnt pay much attention at the time. Basically you give the spectator two red queens and the have to remember which is on top/bottom, then after a few different changes double lifts etc. they check the two cards in their hands and they have changed to two black aces.

I cant really remember the ins and outs of it as its been a while but would love to learn it. By any chance do any of you know the name of it or have a youtube link to it? Id really appreciate any help, thanks a milllion

Sounds like a variation of Daley's Aces to me. By the sound of it (but don't quote me!) it's from Guy Hollingsworth's Quartet.

Simon Scott

If the spectator doesn't engage in the effect,
then the only thing left is the method.

Oz Pearlman Born To Perform Ultimate Transpo and Simon Lovell Million Dollar Card magic has a similar Transpo (forgotten the name, sorry) but it is done under a glass rather than in the specs hand. I have done them both and they have their own ups and downs. In the hand I feel has more impact but you really need to manager your spec closely to stop them looking at the card in their hand during the performance.

I learned so much with type of effect when the card is in the specs hand. You soon learn the importance of controlling the spec and perfomance.
