Ted Lesley transfers

I have never used these. Would a long strip of them applied to each card create a R/S or slick?
The ads that I have seen don't mention how many decks a sheet will do when applied in the suggested manner and the pictures of the sheets are all too tiny for me to count. Anyone happen to know?

no. These rub on transfers will not make a card rough, or slick.
and you get about 10 of each digit on each sheet. This doesnt mean that you can make up 10 decks though. some will not stick propperly.If in doubt, buy a printed deck.
