Truth / Lie

Postby Grimshaw » Jan 3rd, '11, 23:22

This is driving me crazy so can someone please please tell me the name of the Harry Lorayne trick where the spec picks a card and then you ask them 3 questions regarding the colour, suit and value of the card and the spec can tell the truth or lie each time and by the end you get to their card.

(Deep breath)

Its practically a self worker that doesn't play that well but my son keeps asking me to do it for him lately and i've looked but can't find it.

Please help. The happiness of an 8 year old boy depends on YOU.

Why dont you just force the card, or use a stacked or marked deck, and improvise ?

I wonder if it's Spelegant which is in Colombini's Impromp2?

I'm tempted to get it from Lybrary for $10: anyone else got this ebook?

That's a cool piece there Lee. The card must be the 3rd card down in a 7 card packet. I started playing with it and it came flooding back to me.

Thanks for the help. I was sure it was a Lorayne trick. Maybe not then.
