Xpert

Postby katrielalex » Apr 28th, '05, 16:40

The Xpert is one of those irritating things like the Cradle to Grave routine on the De'vo DVD where you haven't the faintest idea what you're getting, so could someone please give me an idea of the uses?

If it helps, I'm a dyed-in-the-wool cardy...I can do some quick little tricks and am trying to improve. Anyway...are there any clothing limitations (I honestly haven't the faintest idea of what it is)? Lighting?

Thanks :)

Kati

I know the feeling!

If you (or anyone else!) decide to get Xpert, bear in mind that it's not a trick, but a utilty with several useful routines supplied. There's also the Xpert Owners Section of TM which has more info, original ideas and discussion together with input and comments from the creator of Xpert, Neil Tobin. (Little ol' name droper that I am!)

OK 8).

I have to confess that I haven't got the faintest idea what this could be . I shall have to get those old brain cells working.

It's one of those things which can't be described or hinted at without giving the secret away - I suffered from this clam-like secrecy before buying it for myself! On opening the bag/box/envelope or whatever it comes in these days, you will probably be stunned at what you actually get but you need to stop and read through the literature before making any judgements. Then you'll realise how good the whole thing is and how your specs will simply not be aware of what it is or what you are really doing even though it will be in plain view. Sorry if that's still too cryptic but if I say any more the dark forces of secrecy enforcement will be paying me a visit and I may make a sudden and totally unscheduled disappearance!

Hey there I have been looking for this on loads of magic websites and I can't find it for sale in the UK for under £20. It just seems a little unfair considering it's like $20 in the US. Do you have any idea where I could buy this trick from for a good price? Thanks alot.

its one of thoughs things like a hot steaming bowl of black coffe that you always see on the table at fake psychic readings, its not because there all lactose intolerent   .

i havant got the expert as I'm not a cardie but iv'e read enough to know that if you do a lot of card tricks then its a worthwile investment like a good hand-cream and medicated talk.
