Hi, I have quite a few good magic apps RanDOM No http://itunes.apple.com/app/random-no/id388411505?mt=8
and MagicWallet http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/magic-wallet/id311462755?mt=8 are my favorites. Can anyone recommend any more.

In general, I would recommend you stay away from iOS magic, mainly due to the fact that most magic apps are a complete waste of time. However, like any other category of iPhone apps, there are some gems out there. I can recommend the following:

ESP Tester Pro - er, an ESP effect
iForce - extremely versatile method that can be used for a variety of effects
Magic Shuffle - ID effect by Tenyo
Pyro - very original effect, unlike anything I've seen before
Rising Card - yes, that old classic

I like all the above apps but if I had to pick one it would have to be iForce. Seriously, it's probably the best magic app out there and definitely worth the small asking price. (Search TM for at least one thread about it). Pyro is also excellent and well worth a look.

I have other magic apps but they're really not worth mentioning. I have tried out the five apps above and they tend to get very good reactions.

Magic SMS is the best magic app I've used. It's unique but be warned, once the effect takes place, your magician 'pal' will get the credit.

Magic SMS blows iForce out of the water. Why? Because you don't have to use an app. It's just an effect with a text message, nothing technology-y really happens.

How could I forget Magic SMS?! Absolute genius app. Get it. Now. Then get iForce.

As of version 1.1 you can now customise the SMS reply so YOU can get the credit or your pal can get the credit. Here are two examples of a reply for each way:

"Hi John! I was expecting a text from someone today as Michael told me he was going to put me to the test. Wants me to prove my psychic powers. Anyway I believe that you are thinking of a playing card. That card is the Four of Spades. I love your Green jacket by the way " [Virtual psychic gets the credit]

"Hi John! I see that Michael is performing some magic on you right now. Earlier today he sent me a prediction as a text. In it he said he was going to make you think of the colour Orange and the Eight of Hearts. Good isn't he?" [Performer gets the credit]

Go update to 1.1 if you haven't already done so.

Would appreciate itunes reviews from other owners too. Pretty please with a cherry on top.
