I know some of you hate this TV programme because it has had some minor exposures in it, however for those of you that do enjoy it on the last DVD of Season 2 there is quite a bit of stuff with Luke Jermay. No exposure per se just some nice presentations.

I rarely watch the DVD extra's so was pleasantly surprised when I found this.

I have no problems with exposure. I enjoy the series.

Yet another thing we have in common Tony!

Must be the Irish heritage.

they talk about exposure on this program but its somethin i dont worry about because they really dont explain much how often are you gonna come across a dead body in the road with 1 hand chopped off (as seen in 1 of the series) and deduce anthin from that. he says its down to paying attention so really he is making you the viewer more aware of what to look out for and when you play it back you think well how obvious could i miss that. the mentalist is a great program plenty of twists to the story like who is "red john" and everythin else

the mentalist doesnt carry no props he just uses his mind to observe and uses language and as stated payig attention catch out the criminals so again there is no real exposure to the program

if that was the case the program lie to me that explains microexpressions and body language is as you could say exposure but the thing with them is you cant hide them but again the programe makes you more aware

sorry if this sounded like a rant its not by all means just my opinion

He did use a S---- G------ in one episode, but it was subtle and probably missed by many people.

I agree, though, that the show is great. It's got some good advisers, too.

Jonathan Creek needs a script editor. The dialogue is atrocious, making it impossible to watch.

Ironically, I'm watching it as I write this. It's in season 2 (episode 6, I think) and playing in Korea (where I live) right now. It's interesting because it gives some insight about Jane's carnival beginnings as Patrick the Magnificent.

I like the show, okay I admit it I am a pig and I like Amanda Righetti. And once again it is only magicians and only some magicians who worry about exposure. I have yet to see anything that was 'stolen' and exposed so to speak.

What is Five playing at?

Season 3 has suddenly jumped back to Season 1 even though it still claims new series.

Wish they would hurry up and release the boxset to season 3 already!

Yes, I don't know what's up with the episodes. Mrs P-T thinks it might be a season break.

There has actually been very little exposure in the series. They mainly take the line that Patrick Jane is just very observant and good at understanding people. Kind of a cross between Sherlock Holmes and Miss Marple.

I agree hence "minor" exposures but I seem to remember a thread with some people really annoyed about the use of a s****.

I had the same thought about a season break which might be why they started showing them from the start again on Fiver. I also noticed that although I am certain I watched every episode of season 1 (even recording them when I was on holiday), when I got the DVD's there were two or three episodes I had never seen!

Season 3 is available on pre-order in the states on Amazon but still no sign in the UK.

Woe is me. :(
