Hello Everyone!

Postby mm_112358 » May 18th, '05, 01:09

Hi Troops and a big freezing hello from Scotland,

Im a keen card handler, keen in the sense ive been learning for about the past 3 months, mainly some easy sleights, shuffle controls, a few flourishes etc etc. I know this is an introduction thread and maybe the wrong place to ask this, but ask i will, i have learned these afore mentioned sleights etc from a few books i have procured namely three, which section of this site can i openly discuss these books and some of the techniques within, as i said im keen to learn and a few things im struggling with for example ( the 2nd deal "the grip!") my book explains it pretty well i think but.... anyway ill leave that for the proper thread. Again i apologise for ranting here but im just new and keen to learn. Hope to meet alot of you guys ( in txt mainly ) for some invaluable knowledge and experience.

Cheers
MM

Feel free to name the book, but please don't post anything which reveals how any tricks work. If you really need help with something that shouldn't be revealed to the general public, why not PM a moderator (Mandrake, nickj, bananafish...) and they can post it in the Magicians Only area for you...
