Hopefully the Amazon influence will get matters back on track, it only takes a few disatisfied customers to give an enterprise a poor reputation which is then very hard to get rid of.

*nods* - I've had some pretty good service from Amazon so here's hoping!

I ordered a lot of stuff from Amazon in December, some of the items were showing as delivery Jan 5th onwards but they all arrived in time for Santa to deliver them on Christmas Eve - very impressive!

I remember when I ordered a present that came late in 2009 because of snow. After returning it and getting my money back I said "never again"

Twelve months later...

I complained about them messing me around, i sent an order back and they did not receive and charged me 2 months more than they should have without sending another dvd out, so now they are going to give me the two month free back as a sorry. but after thaT IM CANCELLING.

Hmmmmm I lost my aunt aged 42 to cancer and within a matter of days after my PArtner of over a year and a half dumped me and then I lsot me job as an entertainer for a large company................................................................................................................................sorry to say I didnt really notice a tenner a month and no dvd coming at first!! but now all sorted so back to
