Does anyone know how to do the hand to hand card flip that Blaine does on the Mystifier DVD?

Are there any good books or videos that teach this sort of card handling?

It's all in Paul Harris's "The Art of Astonishment" vol 3, it's called instant replay.
Though it appears very simple, it is one of the hardest flourishes to master.

It was originally published in Harris' _Close-Up Kinda Guy as "A Simple Switch" and it is *quite* hard. Cheers.

if you read blaine`s book (got it for christmas - first thought "great, gotta listen to him praising himself but really isn`t - if you get it cheap somewehere, buy it!) he talks how he saw someone performing it (he calls it the "basic switch") and practised until he could do it - 8hrs a day - so if you`r patient, off you go.... :?
