I was wondering if any of you knew if the guys at magic-notes .com are away at the moment? I bought Post Justify last week thursday and I haven't received any correspondence from them, other than an email telling me how I could pay for it, since I don't have access to paypal.

Haven't heard anything to indicate that they're away - they might just be busy with other things but perhaps worth a few more emails to ask how things are going?

hmm - I'm worried now. I've sent them 7 emails since last week thursday. I've even sent from and provided them with the details of an alternate email address in case my emails are bouncing somewhere (which would be strange as they received my initial email)

It probably won't help much but I've just e-mailed them to see if UK emails get through OK - I'll let you know if I get anything back. Not sure if this is relevant but it seems like the same delay has happened with other enterprises http://www.talkmagic.co.uk/sutra34420.php

Good news is that I got a mail from them. They apologized for taking so long to reply - but that they had received my payment and would get to it yesterday. Still waiting for the details to download my ebook, though. Hopefully that will happen sometime today.

hmm - still haven't received anything from these guys. I'm starting to get a bit impatient. It's not like they need to post me anything - it's just a download. This is bad service and I won't be purchasing from them again

Got an email from Jamie saying he was away on holiday and hat he'll sort it out in the next few days - so here's hoping..
