I use a routine called "The Card and Cash" from Brooke's Magic Place. The envelopes need no justifying in the routine.

Roy Johnson's "Flawless".

Postby Leslie Melville » Feb 18th, '11, 00:11

I have just seen this thread.

I devised 'The Card or the Cash' routine in the early 1970's after buying Roy Johnson's 'Flawless' from Ken Brooke.

I sent the routine for Ken to include in his 'after sales' service and a garbled version later appeared in Anthony Brahams' book, "Ken Brooke's Magic Place".

Ken later sold many of his early exclusive routines to Paul Stone, who at the time was running 'The Ace Place' magic shop in Liverpool. Paul subsequently marketed a complete series (ten, I think) of these effects in booklet form. They are still available here and there.

My complete routine for 'Flawless' plus an additional new presentation will appear later this year in my book, entitled "Magictales Two."
