Bill Malone- Best Card Magician

Postby morrowsean » Feb 18th, '11, 13:23

Hi, just getting a few opinions here. I personally rate Bill malone as the best Card Magician/Cardician out there. I have his "Malone meets Marlo" dvd set also "On the Loose" and the guy is just pure class! His way of handling the Cards as if its second nature. My eyes don't leave his hands, im watching his every move, whilst bill is looking at me explaining the Trick/Explanation, without ever looking at his hands once! His Shuffles, Cuts, Tricks, Techniques, and overall Skill with a pack of Cards, is Card Magic at its very Best, it couldnt be any better. If i aim to be as good as anyone, its Bill Malone.

Whats your Opinion?

Thanks!

In my opinion what makes Bill special is not his ability, but his easy manner with his spectators and his humour. I know loads of guys who can handle a deck spectacularly, but only a few that would make me care. Its Bill's presentational skills we need to emulate.

I agree with Tony, what makes him a pleasure to watch is the way he interacts with the audience.

My favourite without a doubt is Albert Goshman. I was glad to have met him a few times before he passed away.

He is in Toronto at the moment. If I had the energy I could go and see him work the auto show. But I haven't so I won't bother.
