i dont know if its explained in any books but it is just a book test... its on richard osterlinds dvd s i suppose:P

simple explanation:
duplicate page is forced...
when she looks for the page she saw... she will be looking for it at that number it supposed to be... but it isnt

the rest is easy

Isn't it Wizard's Manual by Docc Hilford?

Its a Pegasus page effect, i think it is the same effect as the Wizard's Manual... not completely sure though

Reading about this I found some disappointment about Docc Hilford's "Wizard's Manual" book test. Looks like the gimmick is not well done.
Seems like 's Dream Test book test is much more effective.
I had to find more info about.
