Before i quit regular magic i used the extractor a lot. It is a lovely item and well worth the money. Combine it with Shoet by Mark Southworth and you have a real miracle!

I mean it as "hey guys what kind of routin do you use"?

Anyway, I love making it appear in an envelope. Sealed.

Last weekend, my wife had a party for Arnold's Artisan Flat Breads - so I thought I'd help the party and did card to sealed bag of flat bread. Went down very well, I think.

I created a routine for someone who was trying to get a pilot, using a duplicate but with the card vanishing while the spectator holds the cards and counts down. Turns out Mike Maxwell had a nice little addition where you use 2 vanishing cards instead of the one.

It's very easy to do and looks completely impossible. People are always hesitant about signing cards anyway (at least in the UK) so I still don't think it matters if the presentation is strong enough.

You'd be surprised what is possible, I've done card to spectators seat on my own! I just took there card, "dropped my pen" and while everyone was watching my prediction being opened, I slipped it under their cushion! (It was a garden chair with a gap at the back almost designed for loading cards. )

I simply use Card to Pocket or wallet. Occasionally I will use my Mystery Box (John Kennedy).
Nothing wrong with the classics :)

I have a good number of versions of this I like to use.

But I thought I would mention that Mathew J Dowden has a great method for card to anywhere.

The spectator will see the card and it will then vanish and appear anywhere you like. Very easy and very cheeky and you will kick yourself for not thinking of it.

It can be found on the Party Animal DVD. (he uses if for card in bottle)

Great stuff :D
