Erdnase shift + Earl Nelson's topchange

Postby sleightlycrazy » Feb 28th, '11, 00:36

So I've been practicing the SWE shift for years and a couple years ago I read Annotated Erdnase by Darwin Ortiz and found the pictures very useful in clearing up a couple things. Recently, I got Earl Nelson's Variations and fell in love with his top change.

I have yet to use either moves during the performance of any routine (and I doubt I will ever use the SWE Shift since there are much more practical passes around (my preference being the Ortiz shift). That said, I'd love feedback the my technique.

Looks great! I spotted the DL, but the change was great, and inspired me to start learning more on this topic :)
