Fred Kaps Fire Wallet Routine???

Postby Miniolo » Mar 23rd, '11, 10:45

Hi there I live in Holland/The Netherlands and often the older people call me fred kaps the late Dutch magician and I was allways like who is that.. until i looked it up :D and he is AWESOME :P so I thought gotta get the FRED KAPS FIRE WALLET...

SO i got it since yesterday thing works GREAT! but now i need a use for it... :p

I was thinking about opening it when on fire... then with my right hand produce a coin or bill out of the fire ... with some flash paper added on the produced item to spice up the magic...

Does anyone have some ideas for a good trick... ?

The movie Firestarter was about a father and daughter that could not only read minds but had the power of pyrokenetics. I'm sure a successful presentation could be made using that premises? If your looking for something darker, you might want to consider having the chosen card go to hell and back ? Just some off the top thinking. Try it yourself, nothing will be as good as what you bring to the magic.

Sure, put the credit cards on the "slide" side of the wallet.

Put old credit cards in the wallet so you don't have to worry about it. The worst part of the wallet is that you and your stuff will always smell like lighter fluid.

I'm not a fan of fire wallets so I don't really have a good recomendation for you. But generally speaking, the easiest way to save money in magic is think of a routine first, then buy props. Otherwise you will have a bunch of props that you have no use for. Just a suggestion. Unless of course you have some disposable income lying around, and if so can I have some?
