There seem to be conflicting stories in the press about this. Let's hope you're right.

I saw last night’s recording and it was superb! The teleprompt showed it as the third episode but that could change. As usual we were asked not to reveal any results but we can say who took part:

Shawn Farquhar
James Brown
High Jinx
Daniel Massey
Daniel Maddox
Mark Shortland

If the rest of the series is like last night’s show then it will certainly be a ratings winner!

To those who have Priority Tickets for the other recordings, be aware that they don’t entitle you to bypass the queue! For some reason everyone has to queue and two or three teams of people work their way along the queue checking for Priority tickets, ticking the names off the list and dishing out the wristbands. At that point you go to the gate, queue again for a short while and then are shown into the studio. On that basis don’t think you can leave it to the last minute to join the queue but we also found that the audience were seated from the back to the front so we, as part of the last 30 or so to be admitted, were right at the front! There were a lot of people still queuing outside so I assume they were non-priority or stand by tickets and I doubt they got in at all.

Mark Shortland!? No way, I used to know him when I was a kid! Hah, small world indeed!

Apparently he used to be a canoeing instructor but the onset of Dutch elm disease meant restrictions on such outdoor pursuits so he turned to his second love - magic!

Just got back from this afternoon's recording - met P&T outside the studio before going in too :-)

As Mandrake says, we were asked not to divulge anything but, in keeping with his post, here were the participants:

Michael Vincent (Yes, again)
Laura London
Mark Oberon
Alan Hudson
Cubic Act

All in it was a great afternoon out. Looks like the show is due to be broacast on Saturday evenings - proper primetime!!

If you're going, have a great time :-)

What a great show by all the Magicians today.

We managed to get front row seats and my partner was so itching to be asked on stage :-)

Also thanks to who ever it was that originally posted the info about the tickets.
