Magic Magazines

Quite fancy subscribing to a Magic magazine but not too sure what's out there. Let me now what you folks read (if at all) and what the good ones are?

I'm aware of Genii but are there UK based mags as well?

If you are interested in bizarre/occult magic, there is always (shameless plug) The Mystic Menagerie:

Magicseen is UK-based and well worth a read. It covers all the different branches of magic, with good interviews and features, and sensible reviews. It's available in print or PDF.

And the Mystic Menagerie is fantastic! But only if you're into bizarrerie.

Thanks for the tips folks, the Mystic Menagerie certainly does look interesting but as most of my magazine reading is done on the loo (oi stop sniggering at the back!) rather impractical.

Magicseen it is for the loo but I'll definitely give MM a go as well (for those non-loo magazine moments).

If have an iPad, you can read MM on the loo. As some of the effects are rather spooky, it could be the best place to read some of it!!

MagicSeen is a good mag and the DVD magazine Reel Magic is excellent.

Having recently stumbled across it when I ought to have been working, I downloaded the first free copy of The Mystic Menagerie myself and I have to concur that it's brilliant. I'll definitely be forking out for the next four issues soon.

Four? Oh no, I'm behind. Must rectify this situation!
