Small Pocket Tricks

Postby CArlight1958 » Jul 5th, '11, 14:38

Could anyone recommend small pocket tricks.

I have Hopping Halve's, & quite a few of the other Gaff coin stuff.
Not that interested in the Gaff card stuff, but quite like the sort of thing that get's a good gasp, & a laugh, if you know what I mean.

Many Thanks.

2x hairbands / elastic bands for linking /unlinking.
haunted key.
split coin for coins across and through table plus great mental effect.
freakey, all that great copper/silver stuff with keys, add a bent or broken key for extra fun.
okito box to keep your coins in. :wink:
tag o matic, no idea if this is any good.
nuts muts, 2 in the hand 1 in the pocket plus linking done with nuts.
mystic swarmy cards on your bussines cards from mark wilsons.

most of thease I carry all the time, along with ear plugs and magus capsual with rubber dice insted of balls.... oh and my all purpuse pocket stripper. :D

I really like Powerball 60 - don't perform the "standard" routine, this works brilliantly when you involve 2 to 4 people and perform this more as a game between them, with the actual "reveal" coming at the end as a complete surprise.

Jumping Gemini (Darwin Ortiz at the Card Table).

Uses only 4 (non-gaffed) cards, picked right from the deck. Impromptu, starts clean, ends clean.

Effect:
1st Phase: All 4 cards are shown to be the 2 of hearts (or any card of your choice);
2nd Phase: All 4 cards are shown to be the 10 spades (or any card of your choice);
3rd Phase: THe 4 cards are now shown to be the 4 Kings! (or Jacks, or Queens).

Required slights: D****e l**t, Gemini Count.

Best packet trick of the 20th century (imo).

Hello Grant,

Probably me, but I don't seem to be able to find a UK supplier for this trick, & could someone tell me which one is the best to own please.

Many thanks.
