What's your problem? It seems to be that you don't know the secrets or basic moves (based on our chats) to perform this routine. I don't believe anyone will share the secrets, that part of being a magician. You should get yourself a book or a dvd that explains it, and give the authors and creators of the trick some credit. But again, if you look at a IP routine, you should be able to figure it out, with some basic understanding of some moves in card magic.

Mine should give you an idea of how it is:

I have seen that video and I can't figure it out as I told you before.
Also I can understand not revealing secrets to outsiders but to other magicians?

Well, this is not a closed forum, so anyone can read what is posted here, so, no, nothing will be revealed here.

Gotta agree with the_mog, why would / should someone give a secret to you?

For a start its against the 'magicians code' and secondly why should I tell you something that I paid money for?

Not trying to be argumentive, but everyone here (from what I can see) will be more than happy to give advice and have a chat, but not give away secrets.

In response to the whole Magicians Code thing: The code states that a Magician should not reveal his secrets to anyone. Except other MAGICIANs.

ok...you go and ask David Copperfield how he does his effects and if he tells you then we'll tell you how to do the invisible palm

Exactly.

1. We don't know you're a magician yet. Sorry, but you've only been on this forum for a week or so and you're already asking for secrets. I don't think that's going to get you far here.

2. The Invisible Palm isn't our secret to reveal, so we're not going to reveal it.

MODS: Could you please lock this topic? Thanks.

Good greif, he's very persistant isnt he...... Bit like an annoying rash

Just look at a magic shop website and buy yourself a book

And I agree with Kati, lock this topic.

Before anyone close this thread..is this a gimmick or a sleight? If you are able to say it without revealing to much of the trick...

As I said earlier - there are different versions of the trick out there, so what you should do is - buy a book or two, and study how this trick can be done. You can do it one way, or another way. And as I always say - a trick can both be performed gimmicked, and ungimmicked. That goes for most of the tricks. Take my bill swithc, my NFW and my Insivisible Palm. All of thoseare ungimmicked, but are often sold gimmicked in magic shops. So it's all up to you. Personally, I don't like gimmicked tricks, though, some of them are killers.

Having that said, I don't see the reason why this thread should be locked. It's important for both new users and existing users to follow typical discussions, so we don't have them again later.
