Much appreciated Stephen, thanks. Why not upload it to amazon kindle? Amazon will then list it and promote if FOC and it can be read and referenced on a kindle, ipad, iphone, android, mac, pc, fridge door (I was joking about the 'fridge door', I think).

If you have the original document in word format or pdf, it's very easy to do. You just need an amazon.com account. I've done it for a dozen or more books. PM me if you have a problem.

I've now got your book on my kindle etc.
