And since the account of the effect is by a magician, the likelihood is that what he explains is exactly what happened. Sounds pretty amazing.

There was a tiny voice-activated microchip and printer inside the card box and inside the envelope. Programmed to perform perfect voice recognition and then silently print an entire colour pack of cards. The microchip and printer both evaporate when exposed to light. yes, that must be the explanation, Obvious really !

There was a prop marketed around three years ago in Mag Mag that was a wooden chest with envelope . Not sure whether the card named by the magi or the spec and it may have been a CAAN effect but im thinking that the device could be used for the effect mentioned

It does seem an amazing trick but the laws of Physics are still intact today as they were yesterday. And they cant be avoided

Similar to the story about David Berglass i think it was. he was giving some fellow Magi a lift home and he did ACAAN with the deck inside his dashboard locker..the guy named the card and number and there it was
