Just got back from the gym where I have just done the routine.

Kartenkunste........for all the gym instructor's, & a half dozen or so members.
The place was in up roar.
What a lovely simple in your face routine.

So pleased with the way things are coming along for me.
What a great hobby this is, I just love this card slight magic.

You wouldn't think I was getting on a bit, I'm like a big kid.....

Nice work (once again!)

Looks like you're beginning to develop quite an act!

Keep it up 8)

The only problem (if it is a problem) is that once you begin to develop a taste for the ouvre of Mr Ortiz, a lot of the other card stuff out there today just pales by comparison!

Thanks SJ,

I am putting in the practice.

I have to agree with you , it's getting difficult to find more good DVD format out there which is gonna give the same reaction D/O's material gets. Not only that, it is so well explained, & demonstrated.

I was thinking of buying Lenart Green's box set.
Has anyone any feed back on this material?

Thanks again for the words of encouragement.

The Green material is definitely more for the intermediate/ advanced card handler. Mr Green tends to use a lot of angle/ lateral palming and lapping in his effects, so not all of the material can be performed surrounded. He definitely has his own ouvre though, to the point where he will perform routines that use nothing but sleights he himself has created.

If you are interested, I would just get vol 1. From there you can decide whether the material is to your taste or not.
