Hi guys,

A friend recently passed on a version of this effect but with no instructions. I thought I was familiar with the working, but without giving too much away, the 'restriction' in one of the tubes seems to be in the wrong place. Can anyone give me any help with outline instructions to make sure I am doing it the right way? I have the two tubes, a block and a s***l.
