Hello, I'm Mike, 26, from Portsmouth
Decided to join a forum about magic as I often search about things which I find the answers to here and thought, why not start chatting to these people!
I'm very very amateur and won't pretend otherwise, but I also do have a bit of knowledge and a couple of tricks up my sleeve.
I mainly like card magic and mentalism, however I feel that I'd rather perform the former mostly. I've done some card tricks etc to strangers which went down well, just some ambitious card type stuff and also a nice force with a burning prediction.
I first got into magic when watching Paul Daniels on TV as a kid and was given the Paul Daniels magic set for Christmas. I've only just in the last year started learning things again though.
I'm a big fan of Derren Brown, who isn't everyone's cup of tea I expect. Thanks to him I can do a nice routine involving a fully memorised deck.
