So performed a trick for my head of operations this morning, asked him to shuffle as I wrote a prediction, he then dealt the cards into three piles and when he turnt over the top three cards they matched my prediction

He says "ahhhh, I know how that works, you put them at the bottom because people don't shuffle the bottom of the deck"

He then grabs the deck back and does an overhand shuffle...seeing that he is shuffling them

"ahhh, maybe I don't know how it is done"

The ID is going to hit him hard later!
