Criss Angel is a Douche Bag

Any other fans of Supernatural on here? And if so have you seen the Criss Angel is a Douche Bag episode? Not one of the best ever Supernatural episodes, but as someone in the trade it was very amusing. Plus it has the best episode title *ever*! :D

My mates like it but i've never liked the look of it. I used to really dislike Angel but watched mindfreak because it was better than watching no magic, but after seeing 6 seasons of mindfreak and a few of his master mindfreaks dvds i've grown to quite like him !

I loved this episode. I meant to ask you about it at the time.

Not as much as I loved "The French Mistake" though!

Cannot wait for Season 7 - w00p w00p!

Had to watch the first 5 minutes twice as I was laughing so much! (and trying to explain why)

Great episode though.

French Mistake also awesome.

Just finished serires 6; at which point I told my wife "told you first time we saw him someone with the name Crowley would have a major part in this"

Roll on 7! Starts this month!!!

I love the Criss Angel parody character bitching about how he should have had the Vegas Cirque show!

Looking forward to Season 7, not sure if I like douchebag Castiel though.

Season finale anyone? :)

Does it show my level of nerdiness that this initially confused me as I thought there must be a new season of Angel ala David Boreanez.

I did enjoy that episode, even if they went through every T.V magician cliché. You knew as soon as the magician was tied to a chair that he'd escape, and of course he can disappear into thin air despite being tracked by an expert demon hunter. I also thought the choice of episode title was quite ballsy.

Another good one to look out for is the ghostfacers episode from season 3

I love the episode where they "lose" their memories and are using the Ghostfacers website as guidance on how to hunt! :D

Like my other favourite TV show Buffy, by series 4 the writers, crew and actors are really in their stride. Some great episodes.

I was real big fan of Lost for the first 2 seasons but then they just lost the plot (literally). Whereas most TV shows get better around season 4, Lost seemed to work backwards - great series 1 & 2 but then, meh. I suppose one shouldn't be too surprised that Lost as a TV show moved backwards through time. It kind of fitting.

It starts of as a somewhat 'meh' monster of the week, Buffy meets X files type of show. Two brothers on a road trip looking for their Dad, hunting monsters along the way. However after the first season it begins to inject more humor and a more interesting story arch.

Its worth starting from the beginning, but it's a good idea to watch it with your inner critic dialed back at least for the beginning.

It didn't win me over until season 2. then each season has gotten better. I've never seen it on TV - had a huge box set lent to me and I'm now in Season 4 and thoroughly enjoying it.

I would advise starting at season one just so you get the full story arc, but as Jean Eugene has pointed out - just enjoy it for what it is at first - silly Saturday night TV. It gets deeper and darker (and more humorous) as the seasons progress.
