Strongest Most Invisible Elastic for Loops

Hi all,
Can anyone recommend a Strong Invisible Elastic i can buy for making my own Loops?

Ive heard some great things about Silk Worm thread, but i cant find it anywhere, Has it been discontinued? Someone mentioned Precision Magic but i cant even find that?
