I'd say it might be rather entertaining concidering they're all normally quite witty and cleaver on there and well Dynamo is... well neither of those things. Or at least so it seems.

What is it about Dynamo that gets under everyone's skin so much? He has an interesting style, he's popular, he's competent, he doesn't expose - what's the problem?

I've actually never seen his shows so I am completely neutral on him.

From what I read here there seems to be either an underlying theme of jealousy or his dull personality irritates folk.

He certainly isn't the most interesting of people but he is a successful magician...and in real life he is a really, really nice guy. I think a lot of people seem to think that due to his so called lack of personality, he doesn't deserve his succes...which is easy to say and you type away on a forum after only ever performing once for a few drunk friends.

....Or regular gigs for over several hundred at a time, across more than a decade; whichever the case may be, of course....

Irrespective, we're all entitled not only to an opinion, but also to voice that opinion (that's what Fora are for, surely?)

I'm sure young Mr. Frayne is a top bloke, but I find his performances as Dynamo lacklustre and - in many cases - boring and irritating, to say the least; my opinion only, and others' mileage may vary :)

Again, having never seen him, is he not a bit like Blaine insofar as he is quiet, mysterious, suspicious in his performance?
