Card to card case routines...

Postby hds02115 » Nov 25th, '11, 23:45

This post is for a quick gathering of infomation. If people know of any card to card case effects could you post them and who performs them please. I'm just working on something and this infomation could be useful.

Thanks

Derren Brown, James Brown and my most recent favourite, Dani DaOrtiz.

I can think of the Derren Brown routine you're talking about but could you be more specific with the others, maybe with sources for where to find them please?

James Brown's is found on his Professional Oppurtunist DVD set, part of his card under card box routine, Dani DaOrtiz' can be found on either Fat Brothers Vol. 1 or 2. I'll check in the morning.

If you are thinking of gimmicked tricks then...

Mark Mason - Solo
Peter Eggink - Flight Case
Staphane Jardonnet - Signed and Sealed

I'm not really looking for gimmicked versions of this card plot, rather routines that are purly sleight of hand. I'm not a big fan of using gimmicks when it comes to cards so preferably I'll stear clear. I'm just trying to gather any infomation I might not know already though so thanks JammyT still.

Not sure if Jardonnet's is a gimmicked version or not as I don't own it

I know there was a lot of fuss about it on another forum between Jardonnet and Shawn Farquhar but I won't get into that

both performances are pretty good though
