Third Degree - Lee Smith

Postby Lee Smith » Jan 10th, '12, 14:49

Don't think I have put this one on before? couldn't find it? (in my endless thread of videos on here :D )

This is one of my all time favourite effects to perform, it fit's nicely with the new contemporary style of magic as well. And is has some lovely moments.

The spectators never have to touch or pick anything and it always gets the sort of reaction you will see in the video at the end.

Nice work, love the triple whammy of it. It also makes the first guy think that he was simply thinking of a card and it appeared, very clever.

Many thanks,

I didn't go into depth in this particular version but I do this in my lecture just to talk about the psychology behind it.

Making them forget they glimpsed the card is the whole idea. The beauty of the routine is that you get a great climax and and ending either way. But with proper audience management its a very powerful routine.
