This is really in the rong section, but:
From non-table (hand held - lol ok I am attempting to explain this with no cards so just bear with me.)
Riffle the cards together. You should have your hands left with the cards resting on your hands in a sort of cradel for them, with your two thumbs on ither side - one at the narrow end of each stack.
Gently bend the cards upwards by moving your hands downwards - using your thumbs to keep the stacks pressed lightly - therefore keeping the shape. The cards should then cascade together gently in a waterfall motion. Finally square the cards together.

Thats the best I can explain it from memory. Why not get your friend to show you?

Hello mr wiggles. Why not call into the Introductions group and let us know a bit about you?

Another thing is that fully punctuated sentences with correct grammar are the "done thing" here. "Text speak" isn't usually appreciated.

Please don't misinterpret these comments as you are very welcome here and you'll find folks willing to respond to your comments or questions. No-one will, however, divulge secrets regarding how effects are performed.

As Juan wrote, why not spend 10 more seconds and write

By the way, this is on Art of Card Manipulation vol. 2...
