Firstly, where are you located? There's a big difference looking to rent such a piece when you live in Vegas or L.A. vs. some obscure village in the middle of nowhere.
Secondly, what's your budget? Major illusions typically rent at 20% of their replacement cost per day with a 3 day minimum, sometimes a full week (at a reduced per day rate) due to rehearsal needs. IN some cases this is practical but not so much when it comes to a low end prop like the Gamolo or it's kindred systems.
Collateral is another must in that too many big props end up MIA when they're rented out, especially when it involves a person or company that's unknown. Frequently this would involve a huge deposit up front or allowing the prop owner to retain your car's title with a letter of intent -- if you don't bring back the prop undamaged and paid in full, they keep your car or whatever it may be.
So think long and hard on this.
