CUPS overwhelmed me and I was forced to purchase this trick. I have to say I am very happy that you guys were able to do so, as this really does seem like a brilliant take on old ideas (princess principle comes to mind). The booklet is extremely easy to follow (with a somewhat conversational/coloquial style of text) and teaches a few different methods and clean ups of the effect, with a bonus create your own hidden gaff compartment to your bike box, which was nice. I still wonder which style plays the best...the whole deck version, or the simplified pack wallet style?

There I was walking along Google Blvd, minding my own business.. and some guy called Costas Damianou ( known because I overheard a latter conversation )grabbed me by my collar at gunpoint

He dragged me down a side alleyway, in the dark and into his dungeon ( luckily for me, I managed to peek the name of it .. it was called 'WorldMagicShop' )

When in this place, his mate ( I think his name was Paypal ) took my wallet quicker than I could blink, took £21.29 and then kicked me out on my backside back onto Google Blvd.

Then the strangest thing.. Costas shouted down the Blvd. ' I'll send you Strange Travellers and the disappearing Card Case in a couple of days '

It was a most surreal experience :?

I just recently purchased this cool stuff as well.

It feels more natural when it came out of your bike box. I had one of my friends doubting the "validity" of these cards since it came from the different black (in this case, the black wallet). I've talked my way through it though. In the end, I just used the black wallet for effect...this is where they can place the "ten cards" that was given to them.

i bought this trick recently its a pretty cool effect, i was also wandering whether to perform it using the whole deck or just as is but i guess both are fine if ya perform the trick well enough, also in the booklet theres a kind of bonus that teaches ya how ya can put it all in a regular box and perform as normal, which seems to be better for street magic as it means ya dont have to mess about fiddling with different cards and so on.

I rarely do this trick but the effects are truly amazing. The last time I performed this was with a friend in a coffee shop, in a relaxed mood. He knows that I've been doing magic for years and he knows quite a number of the tricks I do. However, I kept this as a secret and he was totally baffled with the effect. He would often think of ways on how this is done, but it has been more than a month now. I guess should I tell him that these are not ordinary cards? ;)

Great mysterious effect.

One point unrelated to the topic...

I know they mentioned that this trick is the actual deal-closer that David Blaine has used to get his first tv special. I know it's a marketing ploy. In David's book, Mysterious Stranger, David himself mentioned that the deal-closer was his "card guess over the phone." Heh.

This has to be one of my most used things!

I tend to use it in a casual way in a group of people and just separate one from to group to show something amazing too!

Actually, I need to buy another one, the cards I have are so old and tatty now!

However, I count 10 cards into the spectators hands, then do a straight fan of the other ten and get them to mentally count how many cards are there and to just think of one of them... not once have I been caught on this! I certainly feel confident enough in it to be able to show the cards like this... (Now I've said this, I'll probably do this one tonight and get completely caught!)

There is a gimmick in use for this effect - a very clever one
