Lecture sounds good. Shame the Surrey Magic website only shows 2011 dates and their contract form crashes!

They're not replying to email either (so far at least). It's worth looking at the site though - it's like the 1990s Internet all over again!

I hear it's a great group though and a Dr Todd lecture is not to be missed. :D

Do you know if non-members can attend and if so how much it is? Still had no reply to emails to the club after three days!

This is my first post to TM and hopefully not my last!

I am the Secretary of the Surrey Society of Magicians and of course will be known to many of you. Todd's lecture was one of about 4 that I have missed in 21 years but I have heard very good reports.

The purpose of this post is to apologise for our website. We have run into a couple of difficulties which are to be resolved but it may take some time. The main purpose of the site is to advertise our events and to make our existence known to potential bookers. It is working in some respects because I received a booking last week for the Club via the website.

Until normal service is resumed any members can contact me at jope.field@gmail.com and I will do my best to answer their queries about the Club.

John

Sorry we missed one another John. I have been in touch with a few of your members now about the lecture and have received postive feedback. I hope to meet you one day!

The club was very friendly and great fun.
