Tea and sympathy for a friend tonight. He's just had to make some employees redundant. Bad news. He runs the place like a family. Imagine having to put down several of your relatives?

Lesson prep, marking and catching up in sleep... Hopefully mostly the latter!

That gig went really well and the new material is going down a storm (thanks Paul Brook!). Looking forward to unleashing The Witness unto the World soon.

I have several relatives that I'd happily 'put down' without a second thought, but that's just me.

I've spent the last few days coughing up green lumps so I've been working my way through my dvd boxsets of Lost (I don't remember season 2 dragging on quite so much the first time I watched it), and listening to the excellent H P Lovecraft Literary podcast.

In more exciting news, tonight I'm digging out my thermal underwear.
